NYP Magnetic Drive Pump

NYP series magnetic drive pump is an internal gear pump, which conveys liquid smoothly, without pulsation, low vibration, low noise, fully sealed and no leakage. It is a new type of positive displacement pump developed according to the needs of petroleum, chemical, coating, dyes, oil, medicine, food and other industries, which is widely used in the transportation of media with different properties and viscosity, especially for the transportation of high viscosity media.

The conveyed liquid is stable, no pulsation, low vibration, low noise, fully sealed and no leakage.

The correct selection of parts and materials can convey a variety of corrosive media, and the use temperature can reach 200 °C. The inner and outer rotors are the same for low wear and long service life.

The speed of the pump is a linear function of the flow, the speed can be changed appropriately to change the flow rate of the pump, and all the rotating parts in the pump are lubricated by the conveying medium.

A drive gear (outer rotor) with internal teeth drives the inner rotor. In the fully enclosed pump body, the same direction is rotated, and the crescent plate of the pump body and the front cover separates the suction inlet and discharge outlet. When rotating, a negative pressure is formed at the suction inlet, the liquid is sucked in, the rotor brings the liquid to the discharge port, and the pump body is discharged under pressure, and the liquid is conveyed.

When conveying materials that are easy to crystallize, the front cover and the pump body can be designed with an insulation jacket, which can be insulated and melted with steam or heat transfer oil during operation. The pump can be equipped with a safety valve, when the pump or pipeline system is overpressurized, the safety valve is opened, forming an internal backflow to ensure the safety of the system.
