●KCB Marine Gear Pump Usage KCB marine gear pump is suitable for conveying lubricating oil or other liquids with properties similar to lubricating oil, which contains no solid particles and fibers, is non-corrosive, has a temperature not higher than 80℃ and a viscosity of 5× 10-6 ~ 1.5× 10-3m2/s (5-1500 CST).

● Structural characteristics of ●KCB marine gear pump KCB marine gear pump mainly consists of gear, shaft, pump body, safety valve and shaft end seal. The gear has high hardness and strength after heat treatment, and it is installed in a replaceable shaft sleeve together with the shaft to run. Lubrication of all parts in the marine gear pump is automatically achieved by using the output medium when the pump is working. KCB marine gear pump has a well-designed oil drain and oil return tank, which makes the gear bear less torque force during work, so the bearing load is small, the wear is small and the pump efficiency is high. KCB marine gear pump is equipped with a safety valve as load protection, and the full return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times of the rated discharge pressure of the pump, which can also be adjusted according to actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range. However, note that this safety valve cannot be used as a pressure reducing valve for a long time, and it can be installed on the pipeline separately when necessary.
