The YCB stainless steel circular arc gear pump has a continuous contact point between the two meshing tooth profiles, which does not cause oil entrapment. This solves the problems of vibration, noise, and increased bearing load caused by oil entrapment in involute gear pumps. YCB stainless steel circular arc gear pump mainly consists of gears, shafts, pump bodies, pump covers, bearing sleeves, shaft end seals, etc. The gear is manufactured with a double arc sine curve tooth profile. Operation and maintenance of YCB stainless steel arc gear pump:
(1) Before starting, check the sealing of all pipeline flanges and joints.
(2) Drive the coupling without friction or collision noise.
(3) Start by injecting the conveying liquid into the pump.
(4) Before starting, the valves in the suction and discharge pipelines should be fully opened, and closing the valves for starting is strictly prohibited.
(5) After verifying the direction of motor rotation, start the motor.
